Prices in USD per internal user, per month. Annual plans are billed for 12 months up front; monthly plans have no commitment and can be cancelled anytime. Only internal users who create, edit, approve or operate information are charged — read-only viewers, customers and suppliers using portals are not. Free includes 15 days with Business features unlocked; the trial does not include credits. When it ends, the account stays on Free with its own limits. On Free, your information is kept for 90 days from the day you create the account and is deleted once that period is over; on paid plans your data is kept for as long as your subscription is active. Monthly included credits are exclusive to Business and Enterprise and expire each period; on Free and Team all metered usage — AI, OCR, WhatsApp, SMS, email and egress — is covered by buying credits, deducted from the same wallet. Credits you top up never expire and, when you have both, included credits are always spent first. The usage wallet covers metered usage (AI, OCR, WhatsApp, etc.) charged at each unit's price; overage is billed by consumption and the service is never cut off. Implementation (setting up each vertical) is quoted separately per project. Enterprise is quoted based on each operation's requirements.
